川普：北京不妥协，就没有”一个中国政策”

President-elect Donald Trump has questioned in aninterview whether the United States should continue its "one Chinapolicy" unless Beijing makes concessions on trade and other issues,threatening to upend decades of Sino-American diplomacy.

当选总统川普在采访时表示如果中国在贸易和其他问题上不做出妥协，那么美国是否还需要继续遵守”一个中国政策”,并威胁将改变数十年的中美外交政策.

"I don't want China dictating to me," Trump saidas he made a vehement defense of his recent phone conversation with thepresident of Taiwan.

川普在回应同台湾领导人的近期通话时强烈的辩解道到:“我不接受中国的命令”.

"I don't know why we have to bebound by a one China policy unless we make a deal with China having to do withother things, including trade," he added in the interview with Fox News Sunday.

He was responding to a question about taking a callearlier this month from Tsai Ing-wen, the leader of Taiwan. It was a break fromdecades of US diplomatic tradition that recognizes Beijing as the solerepresentative of China, an understanding that has been a cornerstone of therelationship between the countries since Richard Nixon went to China in 1972.
